Teams and practice days will be communicated by mid-February.

We follow the rules of Marin Girls Softball and teams are formed based on a 2-year age grouping.  See below section for the age groupings.

Practices will start March 4 with games starting in mid-March.

FRIEND REQUESTS - OR - PRACTICE DAY OF THE WEEK EXLUSION

KGS offers a choice between 2 options that will assist in team formation.

During registration, each player is EITHER able to list up to 2 friend requests OR request to be placed on a team that does not have practice on 1 specific day of the week.

For the friend request, KGS will do their best to place on a team with at least one of their 2 requested friends.  If you only list 1 friend request, we may not be able to accommodate your request as we balance the teams. Please do your best to provide us 2 friend options. Your friend requests must be girls in your same age division.

Every year we field requests for kids to move teams to be with friends.  Our commitment is to make fair and balanced teams first (with consistent guidelines) and then consider friend requests following if they make sense for balancing team numbers and talent.  We’ll do the best we can for the league and the kids.

FINANCIAL AID

If you are in need of Financial Aid, please fill out and email this form prior to registering so the payment section can be handled properly.
